I always thought that the reason why the Crown is considered powerful is because the otherwise uncontrollable Enraged Mimigas are bound to its wearer's will, like Misery is. This would explain why the Doctor needed the Crystal to fight Quote directly.

I love this mod. Its difficulty only adds to its appeal.

MUSCLE DOCTOR. He comes right after the Misery and Normal Doctor fights, and both of those fights aren't exactly cakewalks. EVERYTHING he does deals 10 damage, and the most HP you can have at that point is 50.
