Honestly, I don't even care if it's a better representation or not; the Ruby-Spears cartoon is just way funnier and has more personality! Fully Charged is very boring and doesn't have much going for it, unfortunately... was kinda hoping it would go the Sonic Boom route, but not quite. x_x

Fully charged proves my theory that it was just gonna be a generic hero kid cartoon, but then the name "Mega Man" was slapped onto it.

Fully Charged's animation style looks like a slightly better Johny Johny. WTF?

I was thinking the exact same thing about the Johny Johny comparison. The face styles do look eerily similar. Personally, I'm not super familiar with either of the cartoons, but I'll admit I do find the older one to be more charming just because of how ridiculously silly it is. I've watched clips of the new one and I have to say, I am slowly starting to embrace it as well. The robot master portrayals are just bizarre

They're like hybrids of two robot masters meshed together (Wood Man displaying Shadow Man properties, Elec Man basically being like Quick Man). I do kind of like the nods to the original themes they give, like hearing a music box version of Elec Man's theme being played when he is first introduced. But yeah, I know it's kind of debatable, but I try not to tear the new cartoon apart too hard because I'm not...
