The fireball *might* be able to reach as well but it requires some practice.

I also guess that you could damage boost off of the right wall and shoot Ballos with the Nemesis, but i'm not sure if you can jump that high

The snake goes through walls, but not enemies. It would collide with his ball from underneath instead of reaching the eyes.

Also you can test this in my sanctuary mod. I actually made the whole thing boosterless and accounted for all of this.
