The only thing you should kill is the Undead Core itself. Do not shoot Misery or Sue (or else Misery will start summoning a lot of things), just avoid them. Watch for the Core's attacks, it won't repeat the same attack. Also, the last phase might surprise you, but don't panic. Just watch and dodge the bullets and spheres carefully and see if you can shoot it down with missiles.

Also i have the snake and i dont regret it
I can deal 80 damage to misery before she teleports
A fully charged spur deals about 66 damage most of the time
And it takes a bit before fully charging

I'm kinda confused, exactly what weapon do you have? Out of two, I'd prefer the Spur, since it allows you to deal reasonable amount of damage and continue dodging. Also, if you have a Booster 2.0, you can attempt to kill Doctor without using missiles using that Booster, Spur and lvl3 Blade for bats. (If you have a Snake and don't want to change or download a different save, then yes, missiles seem to be the best choice for killing Doctor.)
