What happened to no problems with Windows 10?

This is why I'm not upgrading. Too likely to have problems, especially with my "special" computer.

Well, it seems to be fixed now but for almost the entire day I couldn't log on whenever I did it would be a black screen. The few times it did show up the desktop background was a light blue instead of my regular wallpaper. When I clicked start menu nothing would show up. Cortana wouldn't do anything. And it took 15-20 minutes t start up Skype. It is working fine now but for the longest time my computer was doing weird shiz.

that problem could have been solved by restarting explorer.exe
