There's a tiny chance that he has seen the tribute site at least once.

Im certain he's at least visited the tribute site.If you look up "cave story download" the first site it brings up is the tribute site.

@funwillfunwill I find that unlikely, what would this have to do with Pixel knowing the existance of the tribute site or the forum?
