I still don't get how TF2 is running slowly/badly for you :\
I can run it and seen it run with less of a CPU just fine.

Maybe it's windows 10.

This applied even before Windows 10.

Runs decently for me, occasional freeze and sound looping. Is your computer particularly old? I run off a three year old crappy laptop that overheats.
Also, yeah, it makes no sense that FPS can go from 20 to 60 by removing chrome.
