Anything NES or the like is always great because most songs have a MIDI and they're normally very easy. That's not to say that I won't do more complex songs, because I've done them before and I'd be willing to do them again for you. My advice would be to go to vgmusic.com, browse MIDIs by console, open which one you want in Windows Media Player or similar, and if it sounds accurate, send it my way.

After careful consideration, is there any way I could get this: (<a href='http://www.vgmusic.com/music/console/nintendo/gameboy/darkcastle.mid' class='bbc_url' title='External link' rel='nofollow external'>Midi</a>) (<a href='https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cOlCCc-_2sg' class='bbc_url' title='External link' rel='nofollow external'>Video Reference</a>) transcribed? It's a song for the Original Gameboy, so it's comparable to the NES in terms of song complexity. And it's only around a minute long, to boot. It'd fit the theme of some sort of Darkened area of some kind really well.

Apparently remote-linking to Midi's isn't allowed. Just go here: <a href='http://www.vgmusic.com/music/console/nintendo/gameboy/' class='bbc_url' title='External link' rel='nofollow external'>(here)</a> and Ctrl-F "Dark Castle (2)" (although any of them will work, that one in particular seems the most spot-on while not over the top.
