Are you sure that your computer passes the technical specifications to run the game? I don't think anybody experienced this kind of problem in the beta.

Your old thread seems fine to me. And have patience, this is a forum, not a 24-hour help facility.

You can't really, fairly expect us to answer your query in a short matter of minutes.
