Moral Choices are difficult at times, even for a subject as petty as the tone and contents of fanart. A picture shared says something about the sharer, but what that something is varies wildly based on interpretations and unshared decisions!
But that's vaguely philosophical nonsense which I'm sure everyone's sick of by now, so I'll just say this: I don't know what other people are into. I just get vaguely unsettling vibes sometimes. But as far as I'm concerned, if it isn't explicit or obviously of a tone I don't like, it becomes up to my own judgement. And when good art is involved, I usually favor innocence of another flavor.
Perhaps that’s weakness on my part, but it will remain. I won’t trouble you readers with this flavor of nonsense any further.
