Hello and good evening, I just searched for this Values - I found them. 
I'am going to share so everone can use this in his/her mod. ;)

$DE78  - Background Colour: Fade
$FDA9  - Title Screen Colour
$10409 - Background Colour: Null

I'am still searching for the intro colour but I cant find it...
The first value is red, the secound is green and the third is blue.

Simple Colours:

00 00 00 - Black
FF FF FF - White
00 00 FF - Blue
00 FF 00 - Green
FF 00 00 - Red
FF FF 00 - Yellow
FF 00 FF - Purple
00 FF FF - Cyan
