I didn't try to imply anywhere that items wouldn't be allowed D: They're fine (in moderation), but they can't carry over through the mod at this stage.

Sorry, I meant one or two items to fuck with. As in, change ArmsItem.tsc data and item images and crap like that.

You can't change any images. If you want to change descriptions, you can do that for now, and hopefully I'll be able to set up some flags to check when to change them for the finished product.

I never thought of that. I guess if you really wanted that many of an item with the same image, you could have thousands of items.

With 8 flags we could easily set up a cash money system (as demonstrated by seriousface). We could then have perhaps a shop between each of the stages and reward people for doing optional/difficult tasks?

This would only work if everyone was on board with it, but it is an idea.
It could also lend a sense of contiguity to the mod, methinks.

Sorry, but I'm not on board. I've set up my map for ideal PC stats, and it seems too gimmicky for a community project.

I'm already putting alot of hidden things in my stage (ammo expansions, arms barrier, ect.), so I do this with my area. (If you tell me how.)

So uh I've just thought of another problem - I've told you all that you can change tileset properties, but some of you might want to change the same tiles to different things :D I guess all I can say for the moment is "try not to change any obvious/important ones".

All I've changed are some black tiles, in the Store tileset, so will that be okay?
