crappy cave story mod

so i was searching the internet for cave story mods and i found a crappy mod and its made by someone called emiliano im not hating ill even make this mod better anyways here it is : https://www.mediafire.com/?673kcdbk0m8cgn8

The problem appears to be in the Title bitmap afaik, but even with the (c) Pixel removed and the file format from .pbm to .bmp, the mod still won't open.

Edit: Apparently, it requires the Title screen hack to make the mod work.

Here's a working version of the mod. The title screen appearance doesn't really matter, as the original had half of the C in Cave removed.
