since it is apparent that no action is really been taken towards improvement, I have contacted SkyeWelse and requested his assistance.
I am aware there is a chance he will not reply, but it is action nonetheless.

No, no, I don't know what forums you go to, but this is not how it usually goes down. The owner and the staff decide who will be a staff member, not regular users.

I contacted him before about some of the things on the forum, then emailed him. It got him to come on the forum to read it, I think.

@ DT: According to the staff listing, you're Admin, GIR and I are mods.

 

You see "Thread Tools" at the top of the page? It has a set of expanded options called "Moderation Tools".

At the bottom of the page, below the bottom page navigation is a dropdown labeled "Moderation". Each post has a checkbox to the upper right of it. If you select posts and use the dropdown you can merge, move, copy or mass-delete posts or threads. There are also edit and delete buttons on posts other than your own in you wish to edit or delete individual posts.

Also, perhaps SP's account should be demoted to regular user if he's no longer going to do any moderating. Kinda misleading to have him shown as an admin when he doesn't do anything. Unless he's changed his mind about that recently, in which case nvm.
