Sacred grounds machine gun

I can't seem to get to the sacred grounds although I have the machine gun. I did everything else right(ignore booster, save curly). Do I need the spur to get there?

 

There are no weapon requirements to get into the Sacred Grounds. Did you get the Iron Bond from Curly in the Plantation?

 

And more importantly, did you feed her Ma Pignon?

Those are pretty much exactly the same thing, since feeding her the 'shroom gives you the Iron Bond.


On topic: You probably didn't fully save Curly, since it takes several steps in the process to complete that requirement, which includes restoring her memories in the plantation, and not leaving her in the waterway like so many other people do.

 

Actually, that isn't true, enlightened one. Feeding her Ma Pignon makes you able to get the Iron Bond by talking to curly once more. Not doing so is a common problem.

 

umm yeah you have to do 3 things

1: Ignore booster (check)

2: Save curly (check)

3: Get iron bond (probs not check)

 

You have to get the Iron bond from here after feeding here the Ma pignon. You can find it in the door in the Cemetary.
