I, have a small Confession.
I lied about my age.
I am actually 12 when I said I was 13.
I lied, cause I know you guys hate 12 Year olds, and I just wanted to fit in.
I never wanted to cause any trouble, and I am sorry.

I also said I was 13 cause i didn't over exaggerate my age, and the minimum age you tolerate are 13 year olds.
I won't cause any trouble, and I will try to be as quiet as I can.
I am sorry, I rest my case.

 

It's a common stereo type that 12 year olds are rather annoying, I wouldn't object that. However, you're rather mature for someone whose supposedly annoying! I'd take out all the dismay in this thread, it's not as if you're ban worthy.

Problem is that most 12-year-olds act absolutely immature, post for the sake of posting to absolute extremes, then are temp banned with no understanding of what they did wrong and their posting obsession drives them to make numerous alt accounts until they are IP banned instead of waiting out their suspension.

This is of course entirely a maturity thing and nothing to do with age. That's why the forums rules say "13 or have an equivalent maturity level". So yeah, we're not against 12-year-olds but rather the stereotypical immaturity expected from someone that age.

Your honesty is appreciated though.

 

To follow on from that somewhat: Please everyone/anyone, don't lie about your age, you'll only end up creating more trouble for yourself than you would otherwise and it's not like we won't figure it out anyway. Like andwhy says, age itself is not the issue, behaviour is.

I thought I'd come clean here before someone figures it out. I hope you can all forgive me.
