Wife bore child 4-8-08?

I used the search bar just so you know.

Most everyone has seen the following words on a computer in the Waterway.

Wife bore child 4-8-08

Well, what does it mean? I say it's really Pixel's wife that had a child, not Curly.

What do you think?

EDIT: I just remembered, this game was copyrighted in '04. So unless their is an error in the Aeon Genisis patch; there still is that hint of doubt.

Maybe it's a Mimiga's computer. I'm not sure, Discuss!

 

I'm pretty sure that this was answered by Pixel in his FAQ. He said that this was referring to his wife and his child. I can't remember where this FAQ is, though. Link pls?

What does it mean. What did the wife do exactly before the child

is it pixel indicating his wife came in the game before the child

I think of pixel as kazuma

i dunno it just makes me feel like thats pixel

But pixel created hermit gunsmith as a resemblance of him sleeping after all his hard work.

But anyway Congragts that pixel got a wife and had a child and is living life happily

Means she had the kid. Also about that symbolism stuff, I don't think Pixel was really into much intentional symbolism. He just did what he did. Furthermore, Why have I never seen this >.> Do you have to not save curly to see it?

Are you saying that you've saved Curly the first time you played the game? Oh well.
Yes, you have to not save Curly Brace to find this message. It's in the building in Waterway, where you drain the water out of Curly (getting vaguely dirty thoughts right now). If you get there with a significant lack of Curly on your back, the computer does not give you hints on how to learn how to drain flooded robots. Instead it says this. I guess Pixel simply didn't know what to put there.

Oh god, your right. I forgot about the whole date writing change in parts of the world. I'm sure it's Pixel's wife though.

This idea has been discussed several times before, but Pixel's already stated that it's the day his child was born.

You're just reading the date wrong. {There's different layouts and such }
It was released in '04, and that date translates into August 8th, 2004.
