Yeah, I know, That sounds more than a little hypocritical, but at least I don't call someone an idiot for guessing an answer, and specifically stating that they are unsure if it's right. That would just be horrible, wouldn't it, guessing an answer?
You want to know why most regulars don't know how to modify the credits script? The majority of mods aren't finished.

They could simply change it to {Unknown}. How hard is that....
And that would be fixing an error, not making it perfect.

Third, it doesn't matter if they're finished or not, what about credit to the people who helped the maker?
Besides, name one mod that is finished.
Everyone's told me there hasn't been one single mod that's fully finished.
So. All the more reason to put in credits before you let the mod die.

Those were all the wrong points. It was all just the tiniest bits of a fragmented point of view you could find, glued together horribly wrong. Like, for example, this:

Which isn't a valid argument, because not everybody has used other peoples' shit. A lot of modifications are purely architectural, and not visual or audible. A lot of people don't even do credits, anyway, even if they do use other peoples' help. You mention that here:

No one, no one has made a mod solely by them self. They've always gotten help.
Sprites, TSC help, Assembly tutorials, tips and tricks, etc.

I haven't played your mod. I have never even read the thread, because I dislike you with a passion that burns like an inferno. Therefore, I don't know if your mod is done or not. probably not. If it, in fact, is not complete, when you do complete it, I'm holding you to your word and you had better have put everyone who has ever informed you of anything modding and hacking related, which includes commenting on your mod.
We'll see how that works out.

There's no wrong to it, it needs an update.
This argument you started will end with you being wrong, regardless, because the thing you're arguing about was never wrong in the first place.

Something that should be noted, Lowell should probably be given the benefit of the doubt on his last post(post 218) seeing that the post was posted 1 minute after your post jacob, which means he probably had not gotten around to seeing yours about everying settling everything.

And Lowell, I really do recommend that you take everyone's advice and just make up, this is getting derailed into oblivion over something that's not worth it. Don't try to win an argument on the internet.

Personal remarks aside, Lowell, I think basically what people are trying to say is that you don't need to respond to everything that other people say to get your point across. Honestly threads these days are ballooning out to 4 or 5 pages in just a few hours and it often seems like every second post is yours. I'm not saying you're the only one who tends to treat the forums like a shoutbox, but it takes two to tango, and if you can slow up once in a while then so will everyone else. For example, you can start by not-responding to this, or, alternately, if you have specific beef, PM me and we can work something out! (WOW!!1!1!!1) This will save everyone's time, most especially your own. I'm all for a good convo, but only when they actually go somewhere, and I don't see that happening much at the moment.
