Hey guys its Hax. I made a mod of cave story called wind story. its been out for around a year now so its nothing new for me. Its got some modded graphics. All the ORG music belongs to their rightful owners. Hope You Guys Like It!

you're allowed to upload a CS+ mod but you're not allowed to upload CS+
it's pretty simple
just package the mod correctly and there shouldn't be an issue.

EDIT: The only thing I actually enjoyed about this mod was the color of the tiles in PrtCave.
