Pixel's english isn't spectacular, so I think it would be safe to assume that the japanese answer would be more reliable.

Anyways the mods are not commercially threatening him in any way. And even the best ones are played by only a slow audience so I don`t think it`ll pay off for him to take legal action even if the "I don`t allow" was correct. I know I won`t support or play mods, just to make sure, until this is cleared up. I`m pretty sure he knows what "don`t" means.

PS. On the second thought, meh, just playing is okies I guess.

Yeah, and an earlier question was asked where he more or less said he's played like one or two mods. I would guess that he doesn't support it but neither does he forbid it.
