I broke my left arm on 17 May 2013 by falling off a ladder. Why couldn't it have happened due to a Cthulhu? Or why could it not have happened at all?

To memorize the template 'they' had to read all the text and probably memorize the rest.

That is Corridor, funnily enough. The original download in the thread still works but is needlessly hard to get because esnips decided they hate user-friendliness. Fortunately it's also available on SP's old mod uploader:
