I know that there are tons of threads that are just noobs asking stupid questions, this is not one of those, I have looked EVERYWERE for this, and I can't find it, I used every search function in the FREAKING UNIVERSE but I can't find the hacking tool in this pic I have found numerous references to it, but nothing beyond that, if someone has a download link, I will be INCREDIBLY thankfull, please help.

This executable has worked far beyond what I imagined, and will solve all of my hacking needs. I dare say this rivals Sue's Workshop, Cave Editor, and Booster's Lab itself. I recommend this to all starting assembly hackers.

Try opening it with a different application. Such as a hex editor, or notepad.
