I've played for about 2 days strait now and earlier today I left my room. When I came back in I thought "do I need to get my drink again or did it not reset".
At what point does cave story give you mental issues?

I think most of those issues were latent issues they had before playing.I think Cave Story is quite capable of giving you mental issues. Just look at some of our fine members on the forum.
