im thinking of making a mod speed run called the speed run. itll be hard like harder defeating ballos with the nemisis level 3. is it difficult to make a mod?

Well, it looks like all your doing is making an isolated Hell level (or just Ballos?), but only with the Level 3 Nemesis. Allowing to only remain at the 3rd level requires assembly maybe? But simply adding the Nemesis wouldn't be hard.

I'm underthinking this. It's much harder than that.

I guess that would work, if the player actually decided to shoot the crystal containers instead of cheating.

Well it's good to see you take an interest in midding, but there's already one of these (I think) An idea to make this ultimate is to increase ballos' health by a ton.
