Why isn't there any yet?
It's not that hard, all you need to do is steal some art and use it as Quote's facepic. Then edit the texts and cram Quote's dialogue into them.
I might make one, but I don't know how to use Sue's workshop.

The only problem is Quote's personality, but I'll make him sound like Megaman because they're both high-moral robots.(Not counting the part he left Curly to drown)
