Not much. As mentioned previously, LunarSoul is now MagicDoors. I'm still calling him LunarSoul, however.
I think Cave Story is quite capable of giving you mental issues. Just look at some of our fine members on the forum.

In the past month, about 15 people were banned (mostly by Noxid). It's not that much because most of them were alternate accounts.
Also, There was the beta testing of Cave Story+, and the community project called Take 8 was started by DoubleThink, mainly because he wanted to create something for CS+ that was not created around one gimmick.
Other than that, not a lot has happened.

Beating Hell isn't special, everyone's done it.

I dissapeared and came back twice.
I'm a beta tester who spends almost all my time on the PC, so I can answer requests very quickly. As for my beta testing skills, I like to say I exaggerate it but it still pays off.
