...You see, I just couldn't register before. I've attempted to register about 40 times, all of them failing because once I accept the forum rules, I can't go any further. The page simply loads indefinitely, crashes, and then I have to start over, because if I reload the page (which loads fine the second time), the page says that I never accepted the rules.

Number 1 - I forgot I made this account way back in January.
Number 2 - This account was never used, I forgot why I even made it.
Number 3 - Now that I know I have this account, I'm not going to try to make a new one. Why?
Oh, and IE didn't work either. And neither did Chrome.
