Is Ban evasion even possible? (because that doesn't even make sense)

It's pretty simple
Step 1: Make an account
Step 2: Get banned for whatever
Step 3: Make another account while you're banned
Step 4: New account banned for ban evasion
Step 1: Make an account

A certain close rl friend of mine is a programmer (active developer of internet applications) who is a professor of the same, also technical chief (I don't know if I translated this right, basically he runs the whole stuff there) of an internet provider company, if somebody knows - he knows all what's requiredYeah trickybilly, going to a proxy website makes you a master hacker.
Also there is a programmer (one of the chief programmers of the game Alien Arena) in my gaming clan who'd love to do a little favor for me anytime
I hate ban evasion or any other bad conduct and love the forums much, so I would never ever do such a thing.

NO! 404notfound got banned... for something he made a whole thread to ask about! The ironyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Also, I wholeheartedly disapprove of the decision to ban him again for 2^n months, even though 2 of his "alternate accounts" were, as he said several times, for lazy friends. He's being banned for 5 and a third years! I just don't think that's fair.

I don't really believe that story. If someone wants an account on the forum they can make it themselves.
And this would be his third time being banned, which is usually a permaban
