They got rid of Hero's End?
Yes but on Halloween they actually had a remix of hero's end on the nicalis website made by k-wix. Too bad its no longer on their website.

I wonder if White or Toroko's Theme is in the 3DS version.
Toroko's theme was in the Wii Version, but White was not.
We'll see this time around.
