I've only played Ikachan. If any others are fun, let me know.
I think Cave Story is quite capable of giving you mental issues. Just look at some of our fine members on the forum.

You wouldn't play it more than a few times unless you wanted to get the bonus or quotes. It's kind of addictive, and has a lot of replay value (for such a short game).

Anyway I have played every game pixel has ever made, including the ones that aren't really games like Rain
They are all great. Azarashi and Die Die Galaxy are so great that I made reskins of them that are linked in my sig.
