Super Mario War, is a Super Mario fangame where instead of it being about rescuing a princess its about a pair of mario's facing off in different events such as king of the hill ,survival and so on. Now, the great thing about smw is that you can make custom skins,tilesets and maps for it. Infact, it just so happens someone made skins,tilesets and maps based on Cave Story.

I think Cave Story is quite capable of giving you mental issues. Just look at some of our fine members on the forum.

Downloading right now, seems good of what I've seen, I'll edit this post on what I think of it in a minute.
Okay, know that I've gotten to play it, Fun game, hard to keep track of in 4 player matches, but pretty fun. Solid controls, and a good variety in characters. There is a ton of levels. Like... a ton. Any way, everyone should download it and try it.
