Cool, but I'd have to say "Science is fun" was the only cool ringtone. The OST is downloading now for me, so I'll give my opinions on that when it's done.

I think Cave Story is quite capable of giving you mental issues. Just look at some of our fine members on the forum.

When I was listening to that yesterday, all I could think was "Eeesh... that's okay, sanity is overrated anyway."

...now that I'm listening to it again, all I can hear is Bill Cosby.

The soundtrack can't illustrate how dynamically the music shifts as you play through a level.
The titles don't have any spoilers either, mostly assorted sentence fragments from the game.

Since it is, of course, a partial soundtrack, I recommend amending it with "Want You Gone," "Exile Vilify," and "Cara Mia."
I'll put up download links when I get home.

Those are higher in spoilers than the rest, consider yourself warned.
