It could be. If you look in the ending credits, Chaco and Santa are spotted together in a bunch of diffrent credit cutscenes. You see them both looking outside of a helicopter, and with the whole Sue and Itoh *ah-choo!* thing. Could they possibly have some sort of relationship?
