-Minimum characters per post reduced (back?) to 1
-"Prevent SHOUTING" turned (back?) off
-IP logging turned (back?) on
-Stopped words like "admin" being censored in user titles (still no idea how the heck this happened in the first place)
-Filling in the "Referring Website" field is no longer mandatory for registration
I still can't find that blasted Post Recount button >_>

the Reason admin gets censored is so people don't put "administrator" as their custom user title, as captain fabulous has done.

Change the post count required to have a custom user title. I dunno what it is right now, but it's a ways off for me. Make it like 50 at the highest.

No, I think you should have to earn that privilege. When I got mine, it was after 250 posts and 100 days, and it felt like I had accomplished something, dammit. Don't just give this out to anyone.Change the post count required to have a custom user title. I dunno what it is right now, but it's a ways off for me. Make it like 50 at the highest.
However, it is hard to judge what the requirements should be. Someone like Shadow the Past, whose posts favor quality over quantity, deserves some custom user title action, whereas someone like whyme does not.

I think 250 is fine. It's like a rite of passage to reach that mark, and the only problem I've ever seen arise from it is one person in particular having the audacity to spew spam for 250 posts racing for a custom title. RYUUUUTAAAANNN

Still, maybe make it a combo of a post requirement amount (NOT 250) and amount of time reigstered, same as the avatar priveleges, so those who try to spam their way to 250 (WHICH I REALLY DONT WANNA KEEP THAT WAY) don't get more priveleges than those who stay a while and have productive posts.
