Most of them are a sad kind of emotionaly-moving tracks, but this video does the job nevertheless.

Saddest video game track for me is Toroko's Song. The JewTubes aren't letting me watch videos, but I'm going to assume I haven't heard most of the songs in that video. So... yeah.

White is one of the most moving video game songs for me. It actually made me cry after it was over once.

Chrono Trigger's music was probably the most moving. Pretty much any song from that game is 100% nostalgiabomb.
