I'm assuming that your talking about the search function on the boards, right? Listen up: the boards are run by a service called vBulletin, which cannot really be modified by people who run this site. Also, this is a horrible way to ask something. I mean, the thread title doesn't have anything to do with what you are requesting, and the request is blatent, and rude.
Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong about the whole vBulletin thing... but only if you do some reaserch to disprove it.

I want to be able to search for threads efficiantly.
I mean, I can't evem find 'somehting I noticed' anymore, and that one is locked. (I think.)

Step one: Read every thread in forumland
Step two: memorize contents
Step three: Search using a word that's used in at least one post in the thread. For example, I found "Something I noticed" by searching for "fireball".
Also the searches are I think by default ordered by date of most recent posts, so if you're looking for an older one it'd be near the back of the list.
Also also, @ above people, this is pretty typical behaviour of Ryuu.

A blatant request that is simple and easy to understand is generally a good thing, even though it's not really a request and just more of Ryuu's complaining.

I don't know if it's vBulletin, but a lot of these things allow the owners to change the code and alter the forums that way.
