I was modding with sues workshop and a projectile killed me and the balrog hugged me and killed me AGAIN!!! What the fuck???

I see Quote dieing from a random projectile, then Balrog comes out of no where and lands where Quote was, killing him a second time....In what way do you inmagine this?
