After playing this addictive game for 4 days, that brings me fond memories of my younger days, I only get a Total of 4 Possible Endings?
1> Bad End = Agrees to escape together with Kazuma Sakamoto on his dragon
2> Normal End = Defeat Undead Core, and jumps off with Sue
3> Special End = Defeat Undead Core with Mimiga Mask, and jumps off with Sue
4> Good End = Defeat Ballos
Also, with 4 possible variations for Normal/Special End, and 1 variation for Good End.
Did I miss out anything?

That speaks the passion the game designer had placed into this game =P

You can't go with Kazuma with the mask, because he disappears once the rocket's finished--he did say he'd go without you if things got dire.
