Hey, Andwhy. Nice job on the new editor! It's simple and effective, and it even works on my Android! Considering the WYSIWYG full editor never worked, this is quite the accomplishment, so I just have to say thanks.

I tried out the BBCode editor, and I can't get emotes to insert properly. It looks like the post window is getting deactivated as soon as I try to click one of them.

What browser are you running? What's happening when you hit the button? Does it insert at the start of the text, the end of the text, somewhere other unexpected location, or not anywhere at all?

But I'm running Firefox and it's working for me, so that can't be it...
Try checking the error console (Tools > Web Developer > Error Console), click clear, reload the editor page, try to insert an emote and send me any error messages that pop up.
While I'm here, what version of Firefox is it?
Also what theme are you using?
Are you still able to use the BBCode buttons, and are you able to do so without selecting text first?
Might be best to do this via PM.

One of my friends is having trouble registering for an account. According to her, some Security Check thing doesn't appear, even 30 minutes after she waits. She also has tried refreshing the page twenty times, but still nothing happened. I asked DoubleThink, he said that I'd be better off asking you. Is there anything that can be done?

Okay, Kim has finally managed to register, but apparently she hasn't gotten an activation e-mail. She said that, when she pressed the "Resend" button, it led to an "Error" screen saying that she's not allowed to view the forums.

It's the Junior Member version of the Pirate Member group. I could rename it to "Junior Pirate Member" if it's too confusing or not very obvious.

I'm Shane's friend. I've also asked permission to represent him on these forums since he's struggling to access the forums. He wants to know why he's normally getting 410 errors when he tries to visit the forums.

Is it just the forums or the site as well?
What url is he getting the error on?
Tell Shane to go to command prompt and type in "tracert cavestory.org". Right-click on the icon for the command prompt window, then go to edit > select all and then edit > copy. Paste it into an email and send it to realmmaster26@hotmail.com

Whatever the problem is, it must be my ISP that's blocking me access, since I can access these forums just fine via a proxy server.
