So you all pretty much know how this goes by now and if you don't then screw you maybe I'll answer your questions when you start paying attention to the forum some more, jerk.

I guess that's all I'll say on the matter and we'll see where it goes from here.

If you were arrested for something, what would it most likely be?

Why do you love cats?

What are your favorite foods?

Do you remember the first video game you played?

Do people mispronounce your name often?

What made you decide to go into the well?

How open are you willing to be with things? What are your limits?

Autism levels have reached critical mass

If you were left on a deserted island that is fully supplied with the necessary items (food, water, steroids) and you could only bring one personal item, what would be the one thing you would bring along?

Would you rather eat a lemon, or two limes?

I dunno, I can't really see myself getting arrested anytime soon because I just don't do anything. If anything it'd probably be something boring like fraud or embezzlement. But I've seen enough wacky office comedies to know that only ever ends badly.
[quotename='Wild Desu' timestamp='1335228222' post='147873']Why do you love cats?
I suppose it would probably be a cumulative effect over many years of cat exposure. The earliest stuffed animal I ever had was a cat (I called it kitty-witty) that I inherited from my mom, who got it when she was in College, and it was pretty much my best friend for much of my childhood. When I was like five I got a stuffed dog named marshmallow but he always played second fiddle in make-believe games. We'd also pretty much always had a cat around the house
The next significant 'event' would be at my most recent step-father's house. When I first moved in they had a really old cat named Tiger that was really affectionate. He loved to lay on/near you at night and purr really loudly while kneading his claws. The others didn't like him because he kept them awake and also stabbed you with his claws, but I didn't mind and so he would always sleep in my bed. Near the end he started to drool and develop skin cancer so petting him was a challenge in trying to just touch the not-gross-parts of his head. And so I sort of inherited the role of the cat-lover in the family, which I played up because I do that sometimes. And I guess it just sort of stuck with me ever since.

Eh, it gives me something to identify with. And cats are awesome.
What are your favorite foods?
It'd probably be easier to list the foods I *don't* like. I guess some of my favourite things are tropical fruits, dairy products, slushies, or some combination thereof (pomegranate julius :0)
Other than that, pie is top of the list, especially when made with friendship. And chicken bones.
Do you remember the first video game you played?
I don't remember this, but my mom tells me that when I was really young I would try to play Super Mario World and all I wanted to do was collect the coins - I didn't even care about finishing the level. I do remember playing co-op with my grandma for many an hour though. She was usually the one to get through the levels and I just sort of died a bunch. And farmed the hell out of donut plains top secret zone. I'd also get her to help me with Link to the Past and, when the NES would work, the original Legend of Zelda. To this day I still have trouble finding the second dungeon in that game.
Do people mispronounce your name often?
All the time. A long time ago I gave up trying to correct them and just acknowledge if I can figure out that people are trying to refer to me. When I worked at Shoppers, one of my supervisors called me Tyler every single time he saw me despite being constantly reminded by myself and the other people I worked with. On an unrelated note, he was later fired for incompetence.
[quotename='Wild Desu' timestamp='1335228222' post='147873']What made you decide to go into the well?
Disregarding Hiino's, I saw that most of the questions weren't things I would mind answering so I thought it'd be fun. I actually like to talk about myself but I think it's kind of faux-pas to commandeer a conversation for narcissism.
How open are you willing to be with things? What are your limits?
I don't want to answer questions of a sexual nature on a public forum. I can't think of anything else that would be off-limits but if someone finds a way to surprise me I'll let them know.

He's good. Got an apartment in Fredericton for the summer and works delivering pizza. Recently broke up with his girlfriend but he's not the type to mourn something like that.

What is your favorite video game?
Currently I am fawning over Dungeons of Dredmor, a funny indie roguelike with a nice set of skills to keep things fresh. Favourite of all time still probably has to be Link to the Past as nostalgia glasses are set to maximum on that. Oh, and tetris, because that's my thing.

Platformers overall are cool. 3D platformers might be better if the controls weren't so janky all the time. There's something about just going places and exploring that is very enjoyable, and probably also because it's reminiscent of the sort of games I played when I was young.

For one, why the hell would I need steroids on a desert island
For two, it'd probably be my beach volleyball, so I could develop an intense emotional bond with it.

If an acquaintance of yours (illegal immigrant) asked to marry you so they could stay on Canadian soil forever, would you say yes?

If they're just an acquaintance, then probably not. From what I understand marriage is a binding contract with lasting legal and social implications and I don't feel the need to jeopardize my status like that without a really good reason.

Since you're such an active member of the Cave Story fan community: writing tools, recording stuff, nada nada, how often do you get random strangers contacting you with feedback and appreciating and the like? Also, do you have any interesting anectodes about such interactions you can share?

Do you prefer male or female cats?

Do you eat rice-based dishes? (Rice pudding, chinese stir fry, curry, etc.)

What basic set of clothes would you feel most comfortable lounging about in front of a computer in?
