After building the rocked in the plantation, I did go to the greyward in MimigaVillage, but I couldnt put that little green guy in my inventory...

And btw it said in the walkthrough that I just had to talk to him to take him in the inventory...

well the walkthrough said I first had to get him in my inventory cause else the blue mushroom wouldnt attack me after I had got the moshroom badge (witch it didnt)
...
it said if I didnt do that, curly wouldnt remeber anything

I think your walkthrough isn't very good because that doesn't really make much sense to me at all
Mr. Little has nothing to do with regaining Curly's memories and nothing to do with MaPignon. You can go through the entire game and even beat hell without even noticing him.
