Here are the Mimiga relationships (boy-girl) as far as I know.
Tell me if I missed any.

Kanpachi=Secret crush on Sue.
King=Open/evident crush on Toroko.
Jack=Secret crush on Toroko.
Santa=Possible prior relationship with Chaco. Oh by the way, I briefly considered putting a Cthulu in Chaco's House that says something like, "I'm so lucky!!" Jes' good ol' fashioned malarkey.
Chaco=Slut.
Itoh=Oh wait, he isn't actually a Mimiga. Never mind.
Also, in my world, Megane is gay.

Everyone has had a relationship with Chaco at some point, but since they live so close together... well, lurk more and you'll see.

Kanpachi says Sue is a "nice girl," which isn't how most people would describe her, I think. Kanpachi probably said this because he didn't know her very well at all. Having a secret crush on anybody totally contradicts every character traits we've made up for him, anyway.
Also, yes, Jack (and maybe King) is totally gay, there is no romance surrounding Toroko, because that's just creepy, and the family from Little People, Big World could probably live in Chaco's vagina.

Everybody who ever met Kanpachi is subconsciously hot for him. Also, they are more consciously hot for Sue, because she's a new female in the village, so they would like to try her out. That's not counting Toroko, of course. We can only imagine what was going on in Arthur's house at nights before the game started. And Igor is that freak nobody likes, which is why he is (not so) securely contained in the Egg corridor.
