Video Games Live is an orchestra that tours around the world playing video game music. They came to my city last May, and it was awesome (although apparently I know dick all about video game music, never having owned a console). If you're reading this and thinking "Meh, symphonies aren't really my thing," YOU ARE WRONG! If you play video games, symphonies are now your thing. I can't even express how awesome these guys are. They do all the popular games. Sonic, MGS, Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Star Fox, Halo, Final Fantasy, and more.
Of course, not all these games have the best music in the world (although they all have good songs) (except Star Fox), VGL can't do lesser known games or they'd lose their audience. But by god, if they started playing Moonsong I'd cream myself.
