DoubleThink is correct. But due to the last posts I've read of Jacob's I'm going to have to put him (and I never thought I would say this) first.
In fact I take back what I said about me being glad Jacob wasn't made a Mod, I would actually like him as one because he actually has a chance of making this forum fun again.

Anyway, the signing in of a new mod this time seems quite a healthy affair. I'd say use the same method if we're in need of another staff in the future.
