Section 2 - The Windows -Main Window The main window holds the menu options, the piano roll, the pan bar, and the volume bar. >Menu Options See Section 1 for details. >Piano Roll This is the main workplace of Org Maker. At the top are numbers telling you which measure you're currently on. To the left is a bar of piano keys, which will let you preview the note for each key when you click them. In the middle is the note area, where you will compose your songs. Making Music - To set a note in the song, simply click within the note area where you want the note to appear. The keys are seperated by color to avoid confusion. To make a note longer than one space, simply click the first space in the note to extend it forward by one space. If you wish to make a note smaller, or delete a single note, right click on the first space. NOTE: There can only be one note per space per track. If you want to have the same instrument playing at the same time, you must use a seperate track. >The Pan Bar As you place notes on the Piano Roll, icons for each will appear in the pan bar. Simply click in the bar to change the pan of each note. >The Volume Bar The Volume Bar is the same as the Pan Bar, but changes the Volume of each note. -Player Window The player window holds the basic player controls so that you may listen to your music. I assume that most people know how to work these controls. -Mixer The Mixer window lets you change the current track as well as mute them. Clicking on a number in the Edit row will change the current track to that track. Checking a Mute box will mute the corresponding track.
